In the smelting process, dry molten materials should be used, and the materials should be discharged lightly and added frequently. When the molten materials in the medium frequency induction furnace are melted to meet the needs, they should be poured out in time to avoid the increase of lining loss due to high temperature. Frequent observation shows that there is redness on the outside of the medium frequency induction furnace, which is the precursor of furnace leakage. Measures such as shutting down the power supply and pouring out the molten materials in the furnace should be taken in time to avoid furnace leakage happen. It should also be noted that when it is found that the induction furnace lining becomes very thin and can not be used any more, the old lining should be smashed to make a new one to prevent furnace leakage.
