The following conditions must be met before tapping is allowed in the smelting process of induction furnace.

1) The chemical composition of liquid steel is all within the specified control range.

2) The temperature of liquid steel reaches tapping temperature.

3) The slag viscosity is adjusted properly.

4) The ladle is baked well, the sliding nozzle or stopper operates normally, the ladle argon blowing system is ready, and the ladle is in place.

5) The ingot process is ready.

6) The hearth and taphole have been cleaned.
