Safe operation rules of induction furnace

1.1 check before startup:

1.1.1 before starting up, the intermediate frequency automatic blanking and adjusting worker shall strictly ensure the safety of production line, the automatic control system is sensitive and reliable, and the equipment operates normally.

1.1.2 before starting the machine, the regulator must open the water distributor to let off the remaining water in the trachea.

1.1.3 before starting up, the adjuster must check whether the pneumatic control system is sensitive and reliable, including manual control mechanism and mobile control mechanism. Inspection method: press the manual button and the mobile impact plate respectively, and the command can flexibly control the pressing device.

1.2 operation part:

1.2.1 connect the cooling water inlet, check whether each outlet pipe is unblocked, and make the pressure of water pressure gauge > 0.8kg/cm2

1.2.2 turn on the switch of the distribution board, and the AC voltmeter indicates that the three-phase power supply has electricity.

1.2.3 close the air switch handle of the main circuit, connect the power supply of the main circuit, and then turn the control circuit closing knob to the on position.

1.2.4 turn the right front door up power potentiometer counter clockwise to position o, select the internal control or external control knob position according to the needs, and then turn the inverter starting knob to the on position. If the start is successful, the intermediate frequency voltmeter will read and sound. If the start is unsuccessful, turn the knob to the off position and restart.

1.2.5 after the start is successful, the potentiometer on the right door can be adjusted clockwise to increase the rectifier voltage, DC current, intermediate frequency voltage and power.

1.2.6 when it is heated to a suitable temperature, adjust the power raising potentiometer and the production beat properly to make the heating temperature of the bar stable and avoid overheating or failing to reach the heating temperature.

1.2.7 if it is no longer heated, turn off the inverter knob first, then the control circuit knob, and finally the main circuit switch.

1.2.8 after the power failure, the cooling water can not be turned off immediately. The cooling water can only be turned off after at least 15 minutes.

1.2.9 pay attention to the water on the ground. Iron filings should not fall into the wire trench to avoid short circuit. Check the wire trench regularly (once a month) to see if there is water.

1.2.10 when the device is in operation, in case of sudden failure, it should stop immediately, withdraw the material from the furnace for maintenance. After troubleshooting, it should start again. When starting again, it should ensure that there is no material in the furnace (i.e. no-load starting), so as to succeed, and it cannot start with load.

2. Safety operation procedures

2.1 before starting, check the cooling water, lubrication and grounding conditions, and start after confirming that they are normal.

2.2 the cooling water pressure shall not be lower than the specified value. After 15 minutes of shutdown, the water supply can be stopped.

2.3 it is forbidden to start continuously in hot state and overload operation.

2.4 in case of water cut-off or abnormal bar overheating, the machine shall be shut down immediately.

2.5 during operation, the current and voltage must be matched according to the regulations, and the starting personnel shall not leave.

2.6 check the furnace in each shift. If any abnormality is found, shut down immediately. Check whether there is water or debris in the wire trench in each shift, and deal with it in time.
